ABOUT FIONA

I'm an ICF accredited coach with twelve years experience.  I remember way back to secondary school when my headteacher pointed out my listening skills in a year assembly and so I'm very happy to now be in this profession of coaching.

Before coaching I worked as a recruitment consultant in the City. I loved placing people into a new role where they could potentially thrive and succeed.

I relaunched my own career from recruitment to coaching in my 30s, as by then I was feeling unfulfilled. So I understand the frustrations of feeling stuck in a career and not being able to see a way out.

I have since coached many people facing quarter-life and mid-life crises. I help people get to know themselves again, connect with their talents, passions, and values to find a more meaningful career/life direction.

I'm a mum of a little girl and I see now, more than ever,  the importance of coaching people to fulfil their potential. Starting young is a real bonus. My work coaching Year 11 Students in a London Academy has helped them to overcome negative thinking, reduce stress, manage distractions and gives them motivation, self-belief, and confidence in their life choices.

I also work with educational establishments providing 1:1 coaching for teachers and lecturers and run coaching skills courses giving educators an extra coaching tool kit.

I regularly participate in coaching supervision and training courses to continuously develop and grow as a coach.
